Marmot Limestone 4 Persons Tent Review

Marmot Limestone 4 Persons Tent Review

Marmot was started in 1971 by two university students who were out on a school Glaciology project. They spent the next two years designing and building prototypes and by 1974, they already had a product to sell. Despite the company’s humble beginnings, Marmot has grown to be one of the key outdoor industries responsible for shaping the future of the industry. The company’s motto is to simply build the highest quality performance product and to keep innovating. Today I have the pleasure of introducing one of their highest rated outdoor products the Marmot Limestone 4 Persons Tent.

Designed for family camping, the Limestone 4 tries to take it a step further as their ultimate outdoor solution. The tent combines a lot of tried and tested features and merges them into a hassle-free and sturdy outdoor living solution. Let’s see why they call it the ultimate outdoor living solution.

Spacious Interior

The Marmot Limestone 4 Persons Tent features a cavernous interior that boasts of a stunning 60 square feet of floor area. On top of that, the tent also houses an integrated vestibule that adds up to 18.45 square feet. This makes it a viable choice for storage of shoes and other stuff.

Inside, the tent has an interior height of up to 60 inches. Its dome design helps maximize space without compromising on other features such as stability.

To prevent you from stepping on others, there’s a single huge door designed to provide convenient entry and exit.

Stable TentMarmot Limestone 4 Persons Tent

As mentioned before, the ten houses a dome design that gives the tent a freestanding structure enhancing tent stability. On top of that, it also comes with 4 DAC 13mm aluminium poles specially positioned to provide a better headroom as well as enhance tent stability.

Well Ventilated

Being a 4 person tent, it is crucial for the tent to be well ventilated. The Limestone 4P achieves this by having multiple integrated fly vents as well as extensive mesh on the tent walls, ceiling and doors. This helps avoid condensation inside the tent and maximize airflow.

This ensures your tent is not only fresh but also never stuffy.

Waterproof Fabrics

If you are camping in wet areas with the Marmot Limestone, you need not to worry. The tent comes with a fully taped waterproof rainfly to help keep the tent dry. Marmot have also included a rugged waterproof floor designed to keep your floor area dry up to 3000mm of rain.

More Space

In addition to the vestibule, Marmot has also included a Hanging Organizer for your convenience.

This review would not be complete without mentioning the high-end materials used to make the Limestone 4P.
